Manufacturing

Xolar has constructed the most modern solar thermal manufacturing facility in the world on a 40,000 m2 site. The facility has a total capacity of 1.5 million m2 of collectors per annum – the equivalent of 1.1 GW, representing a saving of more than a 1,000,000 tons of CO2 every year.

The plant uses the latest automated production technologies such as robotics and laser systems in order to provide speed, flexibility, cost competitiveness and best in class quality. 

Xolar’s own technology is installed in the plant and the entire building is completely self sufficient in heating and cooling.
