Company Overview

Xolar Renewable Energy Group is one of the largest solar thermal players in the world.  The Group focuses its activities on the research, design, manufacture and installation of its proprietary flat plate solar thermal systems for residential, commercial, industrial and utility scale (‘district heating’) use.

Xolar Group is headquartered in Eberstalzell, Austria where it has constructed the most modern solar thermal manufacturing facility in the world on a 40,000 m2 site.  The facility has a total capacity of 1.5 million m2 of collectors per annum – the equivalent of 1.1 GW, representing a saving of more than a 1,000,000 tons of CO2 every year.   Xolar currently employs around 200 people.
